Prof. Dr. Dr. Christian Wunderlin

is associated partner of mas and founder of First Address Ltd. and DiEnigma. Over the last 20 years he was involved as a specialist in finance matters in a large number of m&a transactions and restructuring projects. He has also been CFO of a quoted company in the domain of ICT. Since 2007 he is at the „Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug“ in the domains of restructuring and corporate finance.

Christian is also Board member of a number of small and medium enterprises. Thanks to his vast experience in the domain of transactions, he is able to make complex situations and deals transparent and to arbitrate in controversial situations. He is a certified accountant and controller, has a diploma in informatics and an MBA from Rochester. He also holds a Dr. of Business Administration with focus on Finance from the University of Bradford (UK) and a Dr. rer. pol. with focus on Business Informatics from the University of Berne.
