Christopher S. Kälin


is associated partner of mas and founder of CSK Management. He is an experienced management consultant with a broad international track record. Leveraging his consulting know-how and his broad industry expertise in the areas of marketing, distribution, strategy and IT, he supports companies in positioning themselves successfully in the marketplace. Besides his focus on strategic marketing (market segmentation, strategy development, marketing and sales planning), his specialty is providing methods and tools for developing large and complex proposals in order to improve proposal quality and increase sales. In those areas he brings organizations to best-practice levels by applying proven concepts and methods through consulting, workshops and trainings. Throughout his career, he held several positions with SONY Corporation, Arthur D. Little and IBM and gained comprehensive experience in various projects in Europe, Asia and South America. Christopher is chairman of the board of Arvias Ltd. and guest lecturer at the school of management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Further, he is a board member of the German speaking APMP chapter (Associated Proposal Management Professionals). He graduated in Business Administration and Information Management from Zurich University and speaks German and English.
