Heinrich M. Lanz


is member of the Advisory Board of mas with a focus on industrial management. He can count on a vast experience as CEO and Board member in international environments including Joint Ventures in USA and China. He has successfully managed growth situations, acquisitions and international market developments as well as turnaround and restructuring cases and divestments. Based on this solid wealth of experience he acts today as Board Member, Business Coach and Interim CEO.

Until 2009 Heinrich was CEO of Conzzeta, a diversified industry group with activities in machinery and engineering, technical foam, sporting goods, coating technology and real estate with a turnover of CHF 1.5 bn and 3’600 employees worldwide. Prior to this assignment Heinrich was Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting specialized in Strategy and Organization, member of the Executive Committee of Oertli, a thermodynamics company, and before that head of a profit center within the telematics division of Ascom. After his studies he took on different, partly international assignments among others with Helvetas in Switzerland and in Nepal.
Heinrich graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich as Electrical Engineer and post graduated from the same institute in the area of International Cooperation for Developing Countries. At IMD Lausanne he successfully completed the Program for Executive Development. Heinrich is a Swiss citizen and speaks German, English, French and some Spanish.
