Jean-Philippe Bernard
is associated partner of mas. He is the founder and Chairman of Beryl Management. He focuses mainly on the Banking and Public Sectors and has an extensive consulting background: numerous process optimization projects, cooperation concepts for external asset managers, risk management, development of Key Performance Indicators in private banking, operative coaching of back office, interims management of a Private Banking department, strategic framework for the implementation of a new IT-platform, control and management of several major projects in connection with the Y2K, the Euro and Basel II.
Among his clients are large international banks such as UBS, BNP Paribas, ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank as well as regional and private banks. His specialties are banking organization, development of process-modeling tools, risk management and contingency.
He is an associate professor for banking organization at the University of Finance and the IFGP in Geneva. Jean-Philippe is a graduate engineer of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. He is a Swiss and French citizen and speaks French, English and German.
