Develop or reengineer your strategy: mas developed a 7-step, pragmatic approach for the development of strategy. It starts with what seems a very easy question: “Who are we?”. It eventually leads to specific implementation activities. The entire process is designed to ensure a very strong alignment between shareholder’s strategy and enterprise strategy. In the end, all potential threats and opportunities are thoroughly analyzed before a final solution is chosen.

Take 2 days to reflect on an individual retreat: You are a shareholder, Chairman or CEO and would like think about your own personal and business goals. As sparring partner, mas will accompany you during a 2 day retreat to help you explore and deepen your key questions and work out the best strategy to reach your goals and dreams.

Corporate governance

Evaluate how your board can best perform: The Swiss Code for Best practices in Corporate Governance recommends that boards evaluate themselves at least once a year. mas has a methodology which supports a very individualized evaluation process. Based on different approaches (e.g. an anonymous online questionnaire, interviews or workshop) we analyze your strengths and weaknesses and help you identify where specific improvement are possible.

Implement best practices in your board: Corporate Governance is more an art than a science. Through the more than 10 years experience as Board directors and our different consultancy mandates, we are able to cooperate with you to ensure the implementation of best practices in different topics such as: Board structure with committees, decision, audit or information processes, and succession planning.
